Medical Summary scan neg qar. mild dehydration. allows all handling, attention seeking. minimal interest in food. bcs 4/9 moderate dental tartar/gingivitis, nuclear sclerosis ou, mild mucoid ocular discharge, mild crusted nasal discharge, ears wnl — jaundice – yellow tinge to sclera, mm, ears normal thoracic auscultation tender on abdominal palpation several firm masses at left mammary chain – caudal thoracic mammary gland is enlarged and ulcerated ambulatory x 4 female a: rule out liver disease vs other, mammary gland tumors vs other; geriatric p: gave lrs 100ml sq. rec metronidazole 250mg po q12 x 5 days and clavamox 187.5mg po q12 x 7 days, lrs 100ml sq q24 x 3 days. rec cbc/chem tomorrow. full geriatric work up with placement. consider ehr if condition declines poor prognosis
