RE-EXAM: S/O: multiple dermal and SQ masses, mammary gland tumor (right caudal mammary gland), auscultation WNL, masses on the medial aspect of the left hind leg and one on the lateral aspect of the right hind leg. nuclear sclerosis. moderate dental disease. BCS 6/9. no CIRDC signs. moderate debris AU. 2 masses near her vulva. A: geriatric, mammary gand tumor, multiple dermal and SQ masses, dental disease, overweight. P: long term prognosis is guarded – recommend chest x rays to see if mammary gland mass has met to the lungs. also recommend biopsy of the masses to determine what they are (benign vs. malignant). appears comfortable, no treatments needed at this time.
