A shelter staff member writes: Meet cute little Yorkie Specks. This adorable 1 year old boy was surrendered into our care center because his owner could not care of him due to Specks having occasional seizures. This little boy now is in need of his new forever home and an extra special somebody that can take care of him and his condition. Will you be that special someone for him?
