Medical Summary scan negative intact female severe generalized scaling, erythema, crusting of skin Severely swollen limbs Skin scrape = positive for Demodex – approx. 5-7 mites within field Started treatment with ivermectin – will slowly increase, starting with 0.05 mg/kg SQ once. will give next dose PO tomorrow Gave Buprenex – 0.4 mL SQ once Patient ate well – gave 187.50 mg PO Clavamox in 1 can of A/D. Gave Bordetella and DA2PP vaccine (will space vaccine over 2 days) Recheck tomorrow
