Medical Summary scanned negative neutered male greater than 10 years olds s/o: profound deformities of the carpi, all nails over growth. calluses and bursae over bony areas indicate this is a long term (probably since birth) condition. tarsi are also deformed but much less so. Dog is mobile but limited but this handicaps no teeth heart murmur 3-4/6 abd wnl sclerosis ou a: limb deformities heart murmur oligodontia P: short term prognosis is good: nothing can be done for legs, but this is likely the only state the dog has ever known. heart murmur should beevaluated, but chihuahuas are known to life long lives with leaky valve (likely cause of murmur)

A staff member writes : Little senior Vincenzo is in need of some much need TLC and follow up vet care. He has a heart murmur and limb deformities. He was brought into our care center after his owner passed away. He needs a quiet and warm home now where he can spend the holiday season in.

S/O: QAR, appears comfortable. PE same as previous. A: geriatric ; heart murmur; limb deformities; dental disease; P: needs new hope placement
