Severe tartar/calculi buildup Arthritis obs Left Luxating patella; Crepidice both hind legs Spine arched Administered 0.23cc Buprenorphine Spay suspected; No mammary developmen, possible spay scar palpated Ascultation WNL BAR
Upon intake Tai was calm and allowed all handling. Counselor was able to scan (negative), collar and photograph.
