S/O: RECHECKING EYES THIS AM FOR FURTHER DIAGNOSTICS QAR ON PRESENTATION. STT = 0 OU. FDS = MUCOID UPTAKE HOWEVER NO STAINING TO CORNEA OU.   HYPEREMIC SCLERA, NEOVASCULARIZATION OD. PER LVT, SMALL AMOUNT OF YELLOW FOAM VOMIT IN CAGE, UNSURE IF EATING. MODERATE AMOUNT OF TAN, MALODOROUS, THICK DISCHARGE AU. PATIENT EXPRESSED DISCOMFORT WHEN CLEANING.

P:  START OPTIMMUNE OU BID X 14 DAYS, CLEANSING SOLUTION AU X 7 DAYS, MOMETOMAX AU – 3 DROPS X 7 DAYS – RECHECK ON DAY 7.       BUPRENEX – 0.33 ML SQ/IM BID X 3 DAYS
