Have you ever met a more adorable little chap than Xerxes. Funny that he was given the name of a king when he is really a tiny silly peanut who so much wants to be your friend…Xerxes , indeed, is an easy kind of guy. He pulls a little on the leash(like a mini torpedo), does quickly his business and just relishes to be free in a pen, staying close by my side. He sits beautifully on command, rolls submissively for belly rubs and hops on my lap for kisses, caresses and ears and butt’s scratching. He knows what a ball is, will run after it and brings it back to me. No problem to take it out of his mouth. Xerxes seems to like other dogs and wags his little stump of a tail when he meets one through the gate. He is very welcoming of anyone entering our pen to say hello. Xerxes has a face to live for….Come and meet him soon at the Manhattan Care Center. He will conquer you, no doubt about it and be the King of your heart…
