Wizard is a handsome young Beagle found as a stray. He is a bit timid and hand shy, does not take my treats or tasty roast beef. He is stunned to find himself at the care center and not in his familiar environment. Wizard walks well on the leash and seems very much house trained. He barely marks his territory but does lots of sniffing , trying I guess to situate himself in his new and hopefully temporary living quarters. He does not seem to mind other dogs met (all larger than him). Wizard is good looking, well groomed, apparently healthy and well nourished. He was not long on the street. Wizard just arrived at the care center and I hope that soon enough, a magic fairy will open for him the doors to a wonderful new home and a great family. Wizard is at the Manhattan Care Center.
