04/1/15, a shelter staff member writes: Tubby was found chained up in a shop under a pile of tires! He’s a social guy with short legs and pretty light eyes. Tubby seems to really enjoy being the center of attention, and has been very well behaved during all of his exams! He did display some resource guarding during his SAFER, and his new family should be prepared to manage that behavior in the home. Please help Tubby find the loving and dedicated forever family he deserves, and pull him online TONIGHT!
