mat clip down, new picture and bathed with Malaseb shampoo and 10min lather with oatmeal/baking soda

Clavamox 1.2cc PO BID 14 d
cyclosporine OU BID 14 days suggested
NH placement needed with special concerns for blind one eyed dog at this time.  Ophthalmologist consult and monitoring of good eye to ensure returns to vision without a lot of corneal scarring.
