A shelter staff member writes:
Pretty little Priscilla is surely going to melt your heart. This gorgeous Shih Tzu was found laid out in front of a building by her finder and was brought into our facility as a stray. Poor girl is paralyzed and has very minimal movement of the neck. She is very week all over but her tiny heart is just so strong. She has such a strong will to be well or just be held in your warm arms where she will get all the love she ever wanted. Don’t leave this poor girl to wait forever for her person, give her your heart today and come get her at MACC.
