04/10/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: It’s hard to resist a dog with a cute name like Pookie and even harder to resist when he’s a friendly senior dumpling like this little guy! He’s not about to let limited vision stop him from enjoying life and is always keen to get out and meet new friends both canine and human, following his nose and the sound of my voice to find his way to where he wants to go. He’s a good walker and very easy to handle, totally cool with being petted, picked up and snuggled any which way. A bit too well-fed for his own good, Pookie would love to find a new home where he’ll be spoiled not just with treats but also plenty of walks and socializing. His eyes may not see so well but give him a chance and this special boy will find his way straight to your heart. Come in and make a date with precious Pookie today!
