11/02/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
11/02/15 09:26 Solei A1056634 is an est. 6month old female cream brindle AMPBT mix who was found tied up on a street corner in the Bronx and taken to a precinct where she was kept for two days in hopes someone would offer to adopt her. No one was able/willing at the time so Solei was brought into our BXAC. They themselves weren’t able to adopt her. The officer stated she’s a good girl who barely barked but is hyper, ate wet & dry Pedigree dog food but was also given chicken to eat. During intake Solei had a super loose wiggly body and allowed all handling. She allowed us to scan (-), collar and take her pictures including positioning her during her photo session. Solei solicited attention/affection and would lie across your lap and seemed to enjoy being dotted on.
11/04/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Soleil is French for sun, and indeed the sun shines on this little girl. Found by the police tied up in a street corner and brought to our care, this little peanut is snuggly, playful and guaranteed to shine brightly through your day. Big rabbit ears, smoldering kind eyes, petite in a nicely cared for tan brindle coat, and a lively personality she will rock your world! Happy to be out for a walk, she greeted every kenneled dog we passed on our way out with a sweet tail wag hello. She’s the girl you want at your party, as she’ll charm all your guests and make sure everyone is happily engaged. She’s likely housetrained, playful and affectionate. Off leash in the yard, she plays a great game of fetch, letting me take the ball right out of her mouth, loved tossing around a soft toy, and then snuggled on the bench with me for some kisses. She loved sitting behind me on the bench, reaching around to steal a kiss (well, she didn’t actually have to steal it, I gave them to her freely). Small enough to fit into any living situation, Soleil is looking for a fun, active family for a lifetime of play and cuddles. As sung by The Fifth Dimension, “…open up your heart and let the sunshine in…” Meet Soleil today!!
