Medical Summary Sex: Female, likely intact, no spay scar noted Scan: Positive! MC being traced Based on oral and ocular exam, pt likely 8 or older S: calm, sits comfortably in your arms, allows all handling O: BAR-H, BCS 4.5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Nuclear sclerosis OR cataracts OU (ophthalmoscopic exam not performed). No discharge OU, AU, nose. Moderate tartar and gingivitis, missing several teeth (incisors and premolars). H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Fur coat thin in areas, and some small mats UG: Female, small firm nodule palpable in LEFT second mammary gland (0.5 cm dia) A: 1. Mammary tumor 2. Dental disease 3. Nuclear sclerosis or cataracts 4. Geriatric Short-term prognosis: Fair to poor P: Perform tag trace, biopsy of mammary tumor. Long-term care should include treatment of dental disease. 1088
