Someone had a sense of humor when they named this little girl, as Shiroebi is Japanese for shrimp. And she is! A peanut (shrimp) of a little girl who won’t get too much bigger than she is, she’s gorgeous in her pretty caramel coat, tail waggingly friendly, and happy to snuggle on a nearby lap giving gentle kisses. She’s equally at home with people and other dogs, loving on people and happily playing off leash with other dogs. Playbowing to a pug we met in the park, Shiroebi wagged her tail in an invitation to play and was sad when I hurried her along. She’s puppy like in her bouncy way, but quiet and easy…no puppy crazies here. She’s likely housetrained, she sits on command and takes treats gently, makes soft eye contact when we take some pictures, and wags her tail at all. Curious in her sweet puppy way she notices everything going on around her, her forehead wrinkled in concentration. It’s no surprise that she rocked her behavior assessment indicating she’ll be a good fit in just about any home. If you’re ready to welcome this little shrimp into your life and love her and take care of her forever, she’s hoping you’ll stop by and meet her today. She won’t take up much space in your home, but surely will in your heart!
