The owner stated that Scrappy gets along with strangers but is frightened by people walking with an open umbrella and it was also noted that Scrappy does not get along with other dogs or cats. He was reported to be house trained and well behaved when left home alone, and his activity level was said to be high. At intake it was noted that Scrappy was friendly and alert to his surroundings.
