Medical Summary scan neg qar. moderately dehydrated. allowed all handling. excellent appetite when offered food. bcs 1/9 mild to moderate dental tartar/gingivitis, entropion ou, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl normal thoracic auscultation; normal abdominal palpation non-ambulatory, very weak, was able to stand for a moment but fell over; emaciated pressure sores over hips, hocks, elbows, ribs (R>L), small wound at right side of neck male, intact parvo test neg a: appears to have been neglected for some time, less likely suffering from underlying disease emaciated, weak, entropion ou, pressure sores, gingivitis p: cleaned wounds/abrasions with nolvasan and applied ssd. administered LRS 200ml sq. rec nolvasan and ssd q24 x 3 days. no other antibiotics indicated at this time. fair to good prognosis with supporive care (re-feeding program, fluid therapy)
