A shelter staff member writes:
How can you say no to that face?! Roger was surrendered by his owner because they no longer have any time for him. Roger did very well on his SAFER, but needs an experienced owner because he growled when he was introduced to his helper dog. He will need someone who can introduce Roger to other dogs properly. Pull this sweet, big guy and help him find a home!
