WHY ARE YOU BRINGING THIS DOG IN?
Owner stated that the dog has been having medical problems and that she does not have the money to be able to give it the medical support that she would need.
RELATIONSHIP
Owner has had the dog for a few months.
PEOPLE
Pebbles lived with an adults and has previously lived with small children that she got along with fine. She can be a bit feaful of small children but is usually tolerant.
Does he get along with strangers? Yes
Has he ever bitten anyone? No
Has he bitten anyone in the last 10 days? No
Describe her personality: Pebbles is described as shy, fearful, independent and friendly. She has a low activity level and prefers to lay around and sleep. She is house trained and rarely has ever had accidents in the house. She can snap when someone touches her food or treats. Pebbles is friendly when given a bath, having her nails trimmed, having her coat brushed or restraining her. Pebbles is not bothered when unfamiliar people approach the house or family member. Pebbles usually likes to stay in one spot in the home. When left home alone, she will usually just stay in the same spot. When taken off leash, Pebbles will stay close to the owner, can sometimes wander off but will come right back when called. Pebbles does get nervous when there is a storm outside or around fireworks. Pebbles does not care for toys.
OTHER ANIMALS
Pebbles is not bothered around other dogs and as per owner will usually not even notice them when going for a walk. Her behavior around cats is unknown.
HABITS
Pebbles ate both wet and dry food, brand Alpo.
TRAINING
Pebbles knows sit and come.
