Meet little Parker!! Parker is a very sweet old boy looking for a loving forever home. At 15 years old, Parker is ready to settle down!! He will need a full geriatric work up upon leaving the care center.

scan negative, QARH, geriatric, heavy tartar, cloudy eyes, unable to walk, stiff front limbs, irregu’ar hear sound, alopecia whole body, one testis is hard, poss testicular tumor, small papule on anus, nails trimmed, dry hair coat, very good appetite, NOSF

Integument: overgrown nails, thin fur on dorsum, alopecic ventrum, superficial ulcerations dorsal surcaes of front paws
EENT: OU clear, AU clean, No nasal d/c, nuclear sclerosis ou
Oral cavity: MM pink, CRT <2sec, moderate tartar
PLN: WNL
H/L: No murmur or arrhythmias, Lungs clear
ABD: Soft non painful,
U/G: male intact, large testicular tumor, small contralateral testicle
M/S: Amb x 4
BCS: 5/9, pendulous abdomen
Neuro: absent cp, LFL, RFL, LHL, normal RHL, tetraparetic, unable to ambulate on own, CNs intact
