08/26/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: The Urban Dictionary must have had our four legged Nicolette in mind with the definition: “Nicolette is a tall, sexy, beautiful, intelligent girl who is sweet and cute.” She might not be that tall, but she sure is sexy, beautiful, intelligent, sweet and cute! As a matter of fact, she was so tail waggy in her kennel each time I passed that I knew I would be meeting her sooner rather than later. She’s probably housetrained, going potty as soon as we were out the door, and is all about snuggles and petting and being close to her person. She comes when called, takes treat gently, and is happy to sit on the bench next to me for some cuddling. Loving, low key, gentle and sweet, her eyes make soft contact as I take some pictures, and her smile is wide and gorgeous. When I stop petting her she nudges me with her nose to pet her some more, so of course I do!! Her leash manners are lovely; there is nothing about her that I wouldn’t describe as lovely. She’s a joy, hoping to find a new family or person to nudge with her nose to keep petting her! We’re hoping she’ll find her lifetime of cuddles quickly. Ask to meet her when you visit.
