A volunteer writes: It is simply impossible to be with Mr. J without everyone coming over to meet him and saying ‘awwwww’. Yes, he’s that adorable! He’s tiny, tail waggy and friendly, and his cute little face reminds me of a comic book character…so much personality and expression I couldn’t help falling in love. He goes potty promptly when we’re outside, and we took a short walk because he favors his back leg with a slight limp. He ignores other dogs we pass, and as we head back inside his tail wags at everyone who stops to say hello. In a backyard pen he tossed around a plush toy, lay down at my feet when I sat to take some notes, and rolled over for a belly rub when I joined him on the ground. He takes a treat gently, and is so low key and sweet I could have cuddled with him all day. He’s an awesome little guy who needs a vet check to determine the cause of his limp. He has years in front of him to love and be an amazing companion to his person. His sweet eyes meet mine with love and warmth and are waiting to shine on his new family. I guarantee you won’t be able to resist him when you meet him.
