MOE – A1042784

A volunteer writes:

“He is very strong..He will pull…” Another volunteer told me..What to do ? He is so good looking….I just spent time with his sister, a great gal..I can not meet Fendi and not her twin brother Moe… Let’s do it! Moe is looking at me . I show him the leash. He comes right away to his door. Let’s go ! What a masterpiece ! 130 pounds of it…Gorgeous, shiny, healthy, beautiful clear eyes..He looks so much like Fendi, hard to take them apart except for the weight…Moe seems at ease with me quite quickly and me too..i let him loose. He accepts my treats right away as well as my caresses.  He paces, looking for exits, acknowledges a dog passing by. I left him alone to get some tennis balls. Moe was waiting right at the pen’s door, mouth open and bright eyes…A BALL!!!!!!!! Moe knows for sure what that is… He is such a player. He runs, jumps, catches, brings the ball right into my lap(after a while playing together) and even let’s me take it out of his very large mouth full of gorgeous white teeth. I must say that in the beginning, i did not dare to take the ball from him. But he is such a good boy, really a child at play, happy go lucky and silly.. It is amazing to see such a large body in fast action. How not to fall in love with such  a dog ? Moe and twin sister Fendi are with us as their owners faced dramatic hardships. They describe Moe as playful and rambunctious. Yep, that’s right…He would love his young human siblings, enjoyed his time and naps with Fendi and even was extremely tolerant with the 3 little doggies in the house… Pretty good, right ? Well, Moe and Fendi are with us now and in a quest for a new owner or family and a new home to belong to. Come and meet these two great dogs here at the Manhattan Care Center and take them with you as your forever best friends.
