08/04/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
08/04/15 18:22 BASIC INFO: Mimi A1046670 is an 18 year old Chihuahua being surrendered to the shelter with 2 other Chihuahuas. They were all born at home. The main reason for surrender is that the Owner is a Senior, and the dogs might trip her up and make her fall, like previously. She has a very large tumor in her underbelly. SOCIALIZATION: Around strangers, she can be very sweet and social, but with some people, she barks. The dog has not lived with any children. She plays gently with adults. She has lived with 2 other Chihuahuas ages 7 and 9 years old, bot a boy and a girl. They play gentle with each other. They have never lived with cats. She has never bitten or scratched anyone. BEHAVIOR: She does not have any behavior issues. During storms, theyre a little scared. If you take their food, water or toy away, they are not bothered. If you push them off of furniture or awaken them they are not bothered. They enjoy being held and bathed. FOR A NEW FAMILY TO KNOW: The best way to describe the dog is by saying it is friendly and affectionate. They have a medium activity level and love to play gentle with each other. They love to play with balls. They were fed table food only. They potty outside on cement or in the home on newspaper. When left home alone, they are well behaved. For exercise they would just play in the home. BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE: They were friendly and sweet with Counselors.
