A Staff Member writes: Milky Way is absolutely adorable! She is a pure love. She is playful, loves to roll around, go out for walks and one of the sweetest dogs! She came in as a stray with another pittie. Milky Way has kennel cough and needs immediate placement.

2. P) Already in iso. Doxycycline 100 mg 2 tabs po bid x 10 d – already in CPU starting today.

Where did this dog come from? Dog were being kept in the backyard

ORIGINAL  SOURCE  Dog was a stray that wandered into finder’s yard

Does this dog have a microchip?  No

WHY ARE YOU BRINGING THIS DOG IN?  Dog is a stray and finder does not want to keep the dog.

Finder attempted to find owner by putting up flyers.

RELATIONSHIP  Has had dog in backyard for 4 days

PEOPLE

Living in the finder’s home, are the finder and her husband, & 3 children ages, 13, 16, & 18.

Does he get along with children?  Yes the dog got along with the 16 yr old who was the one caring for him.

Does he get along with strangers?  Yes

Has he ever bitten anyone?  No

Has he bitten anyone in the last 10 days?  No

Describe his behavior:  The dog is described as friendly and lovable.

OTHER ANIMALS  Dog was kept in the yard with another dog. They got along very well.

PERSONALITY  Loves to play, is very active, Likes to be petted, hugged ect.

HABITS  Finder’s 16 yr old son was feeding the dog food from inside the house (people food)
