03/27/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Michelle is such a pretty girly girl, so elegant in her shiny and silky grey brown dress. She is with us as her owner is going through hard times. Although a bit on the thin side, Michelle seems to have been well cared for. Quite shy at our first encounter, she welcomes me now at her door with a wiggly body and hopeful eyes. She has an adorable little face. Michelle walks nicely on the leash and eliminates after a little while spent in the yard. She is hungry, sits for treats and hovers around me for more. Food tightens the bond between us and Michelle is now my pal…She comes right away on the bench as I order, the next stop being my lap for caresses and kisses. She is a very sweet dog. Michelle is waiting at the Manhattan Care Center for better days to come…I hope that soon enough, this pretty and friendly beauty will find her way to a home sweet home, cared and loved as she should.
