Marcus was found as a stray and brought to our shelter on June first. Marcus has a heart murmur and the vet says it is possible that he may have congenital heart failure. Unfortunately, we don’t have the medicine for that, so this sweet pup will need to get to a vet ASAP to confirm a diagnosis and receive treatment.
