A volunteer writes:  Miss Mandy….a pleasantly plump little meatball….gorgeous in her subtle tan and gray coat with white socks on her little feet.  Happy to be out for a walk in order to go potty, she then pulls on the leash so will benefit from a harness and/or some leash training.   She’s been well taken care of before joining us, and
her Rubenesque figure attests to plentiful food.  Ignoring other dogs we pass in the street, she wags her tail at one in an adjoining pen. Happy to hop back in her kennel when our time together was over, she drank some water and settled down for a rest.   Miss Mandy is looking for a new BFF, and hopes that you stop by to meet her today.
