Magoo came to our center when a member of the public found her inside a box on the street. She was agitated upon intake and admissions counselor was unable to scan or touch her at all. Magoo was agitated in the kennel and difficult to take out, but once leashed and removed from the kennel she walked slowly towards SAFER assessment room. Magoo attempted to bite assessor upon being touched, therefore all tactile handling was skipped during her SAFER assessment. She bit the assess-a-hand during Food item. Magoo had no interest in toy or rawhide. Due to her multiple attempts to bite, Magoo must be placed with one of our New Hope partners. Food 5. Dog tries to bite. Toy 1. No interest. Rawhide 1. No interest.
