A volunteer writes: Named after the ‘wizarding naturalist’ in the Harry Potter series, LLG is known for being slightly different than her peers in a good way. Our LLG is unique (as all dogs are), gorgeous, sweet, and adjusting to the change in her circumstance. Her coat is a stunning color that defies description, lush and rich; maybe grey and bronze mixed? Her freckled nose is sweet and curious as she sniffs her new environment getting to know it. Likely housetrained she takes care of business the moment we’re out the door and seems curious to meet other dogs greeting them appropriately. LLG just joined us as of this writing, so at this time isn’t interested in toys or treats. She’s gentle, respectful and was clearly well taken care of before joining us. Later in the day she sits upright in her kennel watching the activity unfold around her, and gives me a little
bark when she sees me, letting me know she needs to go out again. Smart girl!! LunaLoveGood is waiting to meet her new family and as the Harry Potter character famously states: “I think I’ll just go down and have some pudding and wait for it all to turn up – it always does in the end -” Let’s get LLG home fast.
