07/28/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: I love Lucy and Lucy loves me or anyone else for that matter as she is one super sweet, friendly and affectionate gal… Lucy is as easy going as 1,2,3. She sits or lays behind her door, is leashed in no time and off she strolls by my side around the block. She relieves herself immediately as we leave the building. Her kennel is clean and orderly. Lucy is a cute rabbit girl with pointy ears, lively and gentle eyes and carries most of the time an engaging smile on her face. She looks healthy, very well nourished and is dressed in a well groomed ebony coat. Lucy comes at the call of her given name and sits immediately on command, treats or no treats. She is very obedient… She eats very politely from my hand. Lucy’s hallmark is her congeniality with people and dogs alike but also her love for humans. She is a perfect lap dog, a kisser and a hugger. Spending time with her is a blessing as she is such a breeze to take care of and it feels so good to be appreciated by such a wonderful dog. Lucy is a no-brainer, a cute girl who is loving, calm while lively and well mannered. She is sure to make your days happier and smoother with her wonderful personality. Come and meet Lucy at the Manhattan Care Center and take her home as your forever best friend.
