Medical Summary MC 025 892 031 Intact male BARH Good teeth Darted by police before intake–right side under hip point, abdomen close to thigh when leg is in sitting position, minor laceration, does not appear like a puncture; dart possibly bounced and did not penetrate, dog does not appear to have any risidual tranq (possible that dose did not take at all) Wound cleaned with novalsan, no piece of dart felt in vicinity Dart appears clipped or broken (hook is not full length and edge seems “rough”), possibly why the dart did not fly/strike correctly Dog came in with a shock collar that was firing until cut off Cropped tail/ears Negative fleas/earmites (Activyl) NOSF Hyper sensitive to pain, very intolerant of touching, once laid down and restrained to examine dart wound dog was calm and appreciated petting Weight 0.0
