PROFILE:
Basic Information: Lala is a white and brown Shih Tzu. She was found as a stray 3 years ago and is being surrender because her family had to move into a shelter. She has not been to the vet but has no known health problems or injuries. The owner state they love how playful Lala is.
Social Life and Personality: Lala has been around children from infants and up. She is relaxed around them and gentle during play. She has not been around other dogs to know her behavior. She is relaxed and playful with cats. She is house trained and only has accidents in the home if she is not let outside. She is kept mostly indoors and has a medium activity level. The owner describes her as playful, confident, excitable, affectionate, mellow, independent, and friendly.
Behavior: Lala is friendly when someone talks away a toy, holds her, or when strangers approach her home or family. She is not bothered if someone takes away her food, bones, or treats. She is not bothered if she is removed form furniture, given a bath, has her feet touches, or brushed.
For a New Family to Know: Lala knows the command come. She is used to brisk walks twice a day. She likes to play with balls. Her favorite games are chase and wrestling. She follows her owners around the home. She is well behaved when home alone. She is nervous when she hears loud noises and hides when she hears it. She is fed dry and wet food. She sleeps in bed with her owner.
Intake Behavior: Lala was very sociable when out of her carrier. She was jumping up and was showing playful behavior by running around. She allowed to be collared and photographed.
