A volunteer writes: The moment I came into view Kronus sat up and started wagging his tail! Quiet in his kennel in the midst of a busy hallway he waited his turn, each time I passed by looking up hopefully. We head into the backyard first so Kronus can stretch his gorgeous legs and while he does some laps around the pen I get to admire his gorgeous coat and long legged prance. Surrendered by his family due to landlord issues, we’re told that Kronus is housetrained, knows ‘sit’, has lived with other dogs and was “great” with them, likes kids and all people but sometimes doesn’t realize how big he is. He’s playful and active and needs a new home in which he’ll get plenty of exercise. Affectionate and friendly, Kronus comes when I call him, his tail wagging and steps up on the bench to cuddle with me. After expending some energy Kronus shows me good leash manners as we walk to the park, and didn’t like being tethered for photos. Later in the day each time he saw me his tail would wag as he knew he had made a friend. His playful energy and need for exercise may make him fabulous jogging partner! If you’re looking for a friend who will never say no to a run, a long walk, or anything else that says ‘exercise’, Kronus is the dog for you. Neutered and ready to go, he’s hoping to find his two legged soul mate. Ask to meet him today.
