Medical Summary Negative MC Intact female QARH Teeth seem young (<1y) with some tartar Swelling on face and limbs (predominantly left foreleg and right ear), bite wounds (superficial punctures and lacerations) and old granulating wounds and scars, some associated stiffness from swelling, some ulcerations in mouth from infected wounds Cleaned with novalsan Receding mammaries Negative fleas/earmites (activyl) Pyrantel given NOSF Tramadol 0.5 BID x10d Clavamox 62.5mg and 125mg BID x10d One time dose meloxicam oral 1.7ml for swelling and SID x4d 0.85ml Came in with A1047239–bonded pair, male will guard gently and clean
