A volunteer writes (as told by Kestrel): Hi!!! I’m Kestrel! Everyone says I’m the life of the party because I’m fun and friendly, love to give kisses and love playing with toys. I would be great in a kissing booth ’cause kissing is just the best thing ever! I love attention, love to throw a toy around, and while I can get a little jumpy in my enthusiasm, I’m really all about having a good time. I made a new friend named Volunteer, and she took me to the park and asked me to pose for some pictures so I did. I can sit still if I have to! I was found tied to a gate, and thankfully the person who belonged to the gate brought me here otherwise who knows what would have happened to me. I do my business outside, and it’s probably better to walk me on a harness rather than a leash because I do pull a little just because I’m always excited to see the next best thing. I play with other dogs here, and they tell me I’m “social, playful, bouncy and that I respond well”. Yup – I’m all of those things! My ideal new person or family is active, will give me lots of attention and things to do, and will love that I kiss them. So, if you’re ready to take on a big personality (ME!!!) I would love to meet you. That’s K E S T R E L – don’t forget!
