10/09/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: I know he is a bit of a chunky papa but he is so precious, with ears that look like a bow on top of his head and his tap dance gait. Koosh is a great pooch, a family dog who lived with a pack of kids and just went with the flow, cool with whatever his humans were doing. That is my kind of dog. Koosh tries to make the best of his stay with us as his owners moved to a place not allowing pets. He cries softly at times but complies with any activity we have in store for him. He does not object to the leash, goes back obediently to his kennel, walks beautifully in the street, eliminates without marking, salutes peacefully other dogs met, sits on command and takes treats very politely from my hand. He is such a NICE dog!! I love his sweet smile, his gentle and soft manners. He is really a pet who could fit in any setting, young or older owners, children, other dogs. Koosh seems to be a real gem whom one does not want to see go to waste. Well, come and meet our wonderful friend here at the Manhattan Care Center and take him home as your new forever best friend.
