09/20/2015 PET PROFILE MEMO
09/20/15 20:30 The dog was inside the carrier and wasn’t showing any signs of aggession. Used the collar and leash that she had on to pull her out of the carrier. Once out, the dog began to chase her tail to chew something off that appeared to be mushed up grass. I was able to step on a piece of the grass and as she moved it came off. She then laid against me leg for a moment, began to bite her tail and then bite and barked at my foot. She let go almost immediately and continued to walk without any signs of aggression. She allowed to be pet without appearing tense but seemed to be distracted by the noises of the shelter. For the vaccines I was able to put a muzzle on her and bear hugged her for the shots where she started growling and snarling, once the vaccinations were complete I removed the muzzle where she started to growl/snarl directly at me momentarily. The dog went inside the cage with no problem and doesn’t pull on the leash too hard.
