Medical Summary scan negative male intact, cryptorchid geriatric- 15 years history of being found in a dumpster in a plastic bag advanced dental disease present- tartar covering most of teeth above gumline dry crusted nose mm tacky, pale dehydration overgrown nails- very bruised and painful feet with some ulcers, applied warmed cholorhex gauze compresses sparse, fine haircoat ears wnl eyes clouded- possible cataracts dull / dehydrated so not tracking much, therefore difficult to assess clinical vision- seems to respond appropriately to presenation of water, makes eye contact with vet nonambulatory at this time overweight, slightly large abdomen, but wnl palpation dark feces in rectum, tested for parvo on snap, negative caradic / thoracic auscultation nosf given 200 cc sq fluids continue to monitor in medical drank a great deal of water, not interested in a/d based on appearence endocrine disease might be investigated hypothermic, on heating pad, was given sq fluids warmed, on poofy blankets with cover– responsive to stimulation but resting in medcial given 0.4 cc buprenex sq by dvm for pain
