S: Active, nervous, resists ear exam and tries to snap O: BAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist, CRT <2 sec EENT: Severe lichenification and ear canal stenosis AU, did not attempt to examine further. No discharge OU, nose. Clean teeth. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No lesions noted. UG: Male neutered A: Likely chronic ear infection Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: Clean ears q3 days, start Otibiotic, recheckin 1 week. Administered pyrantel 2 ml PO. 1088
