A volunteer writes: Jazzy is appropriately named as she dances instead of walks as if she’s listening to a song playing in her head, she even stops and steps backwards as if she dancing to the beat. Jazzy has an impeccable shiny black coat and brown eyes, she is so adorable in her kennel. I took her about before it was her turn, and to thank me she play bowed all the way out of the shelter.
