05/23/2015 WEB MEMO
A volunteer writes: Jazmine has already made a name for herself at the care center…”Good Girl”. She became quickly a “helper” dog and gets often hugs when she meets a familiar person in the hallways. Jazmine, indeed is a friendly gal who always offers a smile and carries a sweet and gentle look on her face. Her weight is slightly over the top and her body is wrapped up in a shiny and well groomed coat. She walks nicely on the leash, relieves herself as we reach the yard and enjoys her freedom in a pen. She comes at once when I call her name, tail wagging in anticipation of our interaction. She sits between my legs for a head scratch and slowly slides on her side then on her back for a belly rub. Jazmine is in 7th Heaven. Although she likes other dogs very much, she loves to be with people. Given a chance, Jazmine will be a wonderful confident, book or TV buddy, loyal companion and forever best friend. Her friendly face, her gentle demeanor , her good manners and her homey looks spell “family dog”. Jazmine is at the Manhattan Care Center, dreaming of a beautiful future…with you…
