A volunteer writes: Jadee’s collar is hot pink and bedazzled with a single fake diamond — sort of like an engagement ring! When I saw it and immediately made that association, I was forced to admit that I am hopelessly in love with her! She is an itty bitty throwaway mama with the cutest face; her wrinkled brow sort of makes her look perpetually worried, but her smile is one to beat. She occasionally pulls a little on the leash, but overall is very easy to handle. She seems housebroken and is a treat enthusiast (she’ll sit for them, too!). When we’ve seen other dogs on walks she seems interested and one time even laid down to “stalk” one on the opposite side of the street! I’m told in playgroup she is very eager to interact and has even been used as the greeter dog. She’s playful with dogs, and has shown me some play bows, too. She is very waggy and her tail’s pace quickens when you speak to her. When I call her over, she doesn’t hesitate to prop her paws on my lap, nuzzle her head under my arm, and even lick my hands as I pet her. She is truly a doll! Jadee is on the market at Brooklyn ACC, hoping for someone to get down on one knee (probably even lower since she’s so short!) and vow to love and cherish her forever!
