Medical Summary Scan negative Barh Has small cherry eyes. Has a severe underbite. Had long nails trimmed, Both ear’s are dirty vs yeasty,cleaned and applied Otobiotic. Animal has a severe skin dermatitis vs demodetic mange. Will place on vet check for skin scrap and further examining. Has severely long nails. Will trim. Flea comb negative,but applied Resolution TX (Topical preventative) Gender:intact male Had Dr.1168 take a look at this animal and suspect possible cruelty. Spoke with Dr.1205 and will be placing a vet statement. Nosf
