Medical Summary Scan negative Neutered male, approximately 7 years old Seemed nervous and skiddish. Allowed handling. Tried to bite when trying to examine the mouth. Heavy tartar and calculi buildup on teeth. Gingivitis. Paw pad on right third digit started bleeding. Cleaned, applied pressure. Looked like a slit across pad. Bleeding stopped for now. Applied Activyl for flea/tick prevention NOSF BARH
