I am a male black poodle min mix. The shelter thinks I am about 12 YEARS old.

I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 09/23/2015 from NY 10301, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

09/29/15 13:40 S/O: dripping serous nasal discharge and sneezing. A: CIRDC P: move to iso start doxy 50 mg PO SID x 10 days 09/28/15 18:05 no significant findings or changes to physcial exam will walk out of kennel- has limited vision moved outside of medical because screaming 09/27/15 10:50 qar in cage, normal auscultation, ambulatory, no abdominal pain exam unchanged from below- ocular changes OS, raised mass along dorsal nose, a few cm rom left medial canthus, does not appear to be articulating with globe. dental disease, possibly affecting appetite. offer different kinds of food, if not improvement, perform cbc/chemistry adding lrs ————————– 9/26 Appeared dull in cage QARH Did not eat food (chunky dog food) in the morning Offered soft food. ate most of it.
