A volunteer writes: ‘Tis the season and Gizmo reminds me of the ‘elf on a shelf’….he’ll be watching over everything and, of course, joining in whatever snuggles, mischief, playtime is happening. He’s a pint sized brindle delight who has already become the new group helper dog as his behavior in group play is rock star. He engages in running play with both males and females, responds to correction and greets appropriately. Good on the leash we enjoy our walk to the park with a stop every once in a while for a stand up hug, Giz looking into my eyes, tail wagging. Showing off his sit, he takes treats eagerly, and his pint size body wiggles with delight. Enjoying tossing around a plush stuffed bear, Giz takes a break to greet dogs in another pen, and then comes to me for more snuggles. Affectionate, well behaved and as cute as a button, Gizmo is hoping to be yours for the holidays. Let’s make his wish come true.
