Medical Summary scan: neg. sex: male, intact – unilateral cryptorchid (suspect retained tesicle is inguinal and has tumor) S/O: Dog is QAR, BCS 4/9, debris AU, grade 2-3/4 dental dz, alopecia caudal thighs and tail head, calluses both hocks, muscle atrophy of pelvic limbs, ataxic, can palpate one testicle in scrotum, there is a large inguinal mass on the right side, heart/lungs auscult wnl A: Suspect retained testicle is inguinal and has tumor (most likely sertoli cell); muscle atrophy and ataxia may be OA or DJD related P: Applied 1cc Activyl, and gave 2cc Pyrantel PO
