Medical Summary Sex: Female, estimated age 5 years old Scan: Negative S: Active, friendly, allows all handling O: BAR-H, BCS 2/9, MMs pink and moist, CRT <2 sec EENT: Prominent eyes, no discharge OU, AU, nose. Moderate tartar and gingivitis. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Fur coat severely matted, strong odor of feces, fur is damp. Long nails. UG: Female, large vulva A: 1. Dental disease 2. Underweight 3. Severely matted and dirty coat 4. Large vulva – possibly in heat Short-term prognosis: Good P: THIRD FEEDING, GROOMING 1088
